At Still My Soul, each print is made to order with care and prayer. Because our products are custom-printed for you, we do not accept returns.
However, if something goes wrong with your order, we will make it right.
We will reprint or refund if:

Damaged items (bent, scratched, or broken during shipping)

Misprints or defects (printing errors, color issues, wrong design)

Incorrect orders (if you received the wrong product or size compared to your confirmation)
We cannot offer reprints or refunds for:

Buyer’s remorse (changed your mind)

Incorrect size or format chosen by the customer

Normal variations in print color (slight differences between screen and print)
