"Cast your burden on the Lord, and he will sustain you." (Psalm 55:22) You don't have to hold your whole life together on your own. Whatever weight you are carrying today can be handed over, and the One who takes it already knows exactly what you are walking through.
He is the God who created everything and gave His own Son to save you. A God like that is not going to drop you now. You can loosen your grip and stay in peace, because He is the one holding it.
Keep this verse where you will see it all day. Download your Psalm 55:22 phone wallpaper and let it remind you to trust Him and rest.
