You save God the calm version. The good weeks get a thank you, and the falling apart weeks get silence, because you're still waiting to have words for it.

Psalm 62:8 says at all times, and it means it. Not just the highs and lows. God already knows what's going on, and He still wants to hear the true state of your heart from you. Notice it doesn't say explain your heart. It says pour it out, and pouring is messy, fast, and unedited. He has endless patience, He won't repeat your pain to anyone, and He won't use what you told Him against you later.

Set this verse as your phone wallpaper for the days the worry won't quiet down. He's a refuge, so you're allowed to fall apart in there and still be safe.
